A Mindful Approach to Mother-
hood

As a first time mom and pediatric occupational therapist, I wanted to create a mindful resource for first time mamas even though the strategies in this book can be used by everyone!

I thought motherhood was going to be a breeze until the very first second I became a parent.

My motherhood journey began in trauma and I wanted to figure out supports and strategies to help navigate these difficult moments with a more conscience, mindful parenting style.

Whether you have experienced trauma or not, this book is filled with valuable in the moment and on going strategies to help you respond rather than react in frustrating moments.
